Salary Details: £26-28k per annum plus benefits (private healthcare, group life cover)


Position duration:
Permanent, Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5pm, flexible hours considered
Whilst training office based, flexible hybrid could be considered once fully
trained, 3 days essential in office (Mon/Wed/Fri

Working within the Sales team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth
operation of the sales function. You will coordinate key tasks and deadlines while
delivering efficient, proactive, and confidential support to the team.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer accounts, update CRM systems, prepare sales
    documents and support field sales staff.
  • CRM Key User – management of the technical aspects of the CRM
    Platform ensuring a seamless user experience for the sales team
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
  • Serve as the primary contact for pre-sales client enquiries to maintain a
    strong customer relationship
  • Organise meetings, client visits and assist with promotional events
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions to
    support sales activities.
  • Assist in qualifying leads, scheduling meetings and nurturing sales
    prospects
  • Co-ordinate with Marketing to share sales insights and support lead
    generation.
  • Address client issues and collaborate with relevant colleagues to
    address with complex concerns to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Able to maintain high standards and demonstrate consistent attention to
    detail.
  • Drive and determination to provide an excellent customer experience.
  • Proven experience in relationship management.
  • To be able to deal with customer requests and react quickly while still
    following process when short notice is given.
  • Pro-active and can work on own initiative. Able to follow instructions and
    work to deadlines, quick to learn and able to retain knowledge.
  • Excellent use of the Windows package – Word, Excel, Power point,
    Outlook, Access.
  • Knowledge of Sales Force
  • Demonstrate excellent organisational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an excellent standard
    of English.
  • Be able to communicate confidently and effectively.
  • To be a team player with a positive outlook and a professional image.
  • Flexibility in approach with the ability to adapt from task to task.
  • To be reliable and able to understand the importance of being punctual and
    impact of absence.
  • Commitment and loyalty to the business.
  • To be able to operate in line with confidentiality requirements associated
    with the role.
  • Own vehicle as the office is remote with no access to public transport
