We diagnose any faults on the same day as reported, aiming to dispatch an engineer same-day or the next working day.

What RSP UK can offer you

  • A dedicated team of six service controllers to ensure your machine’s uptime is maximised.
  • An engineering team of seven, including six manufacturer-trainer mobile engineers with fully-equipped service vans.
  • A courtesy vehicle to cover utilisation and ensure you can fulfil existing contracts (from the first day of downtime, subject to availability).
  • Our annual services include a full health check and remote controls, as part of our preventative approach to ensure maximum utilisation of your machine.
  • A Product Support Specialist and Customer Support Specialist, both with over 20 years’ experience working with RSP machines, who can offer knowledge and advice including optimum use of the machine fan speeds and the most effective operator techniques.
  • A Stock Controller who can dispatch OEM parts for same-day or next-day delivery (subject to availability).
  • A dedicated manufacturer-owned service centre in Germany with the ability to dispatch spare parts not held in the UK within 24 hours.
  • RSP Connect – our CAN-based telematics system used obtain significant data about your machine, including fan hours, fuel usage and location.
  • We keep a comprehensive service history of all vehicles to ensure we look after your machine effectively and can diagnose any faults as quickly as possible.
  • Service and remedial works carried out at our Bedfordshire HQ or at your own site (subject to availability).
  • 24 hour a day telephone response.
  • Remote control repairs and remote control loan kits.
  • Emergency breakdown assistance – including triaging of faults.
