The Amphitec Vortex vacuum excavator offers the best solution for vacuuming and blowing substances and has a range of specialist applications. Built on a three-axle, four-axle or five-axle chassis, this truck has many extra options and can be fully adapted to your requirements. The machine remains highly manoeuvrable thanks to its compact construction.
The Amphitec Vortex can be fitted with a closed filter chamber and is suitable for sucking both wet and dry substances. Due to its large suction capacity (maximum 96% vacuum), the Vortex sucks up a wide variety of materials quickly and efficiently, including wet and dry substances, sludge and powders. Examples include the suction of soil, as well as, for example, the application of roof ballast. This makes the Amphitec Vortex vacuum excavator highly versatile.

Features
Vacuum and blowing technology
The Vortex can excavate material at distances of up to 300m and at depths of 50m. It can blow dry material over distances of 200m and heights of 75m, for example on to high building roofs.
Numerous customisable options
The Vortex vacuum excavator is customisable with options including high tipping, industrial and multipurpose booms, a roots blower, a screw compressor, a high pressure water system and many more.
Roots blower 11,000 model
With the roots blower, this vacuum excavator supplies a theoretical maximum airflow of 11000 m³/h. The deep vacuum capability (96% vacuum) allows for optimal pneumatic transport of material through the hose. This helps when sucking heavy material and sludges efficiently. Blowing of material is with a maximum pressure of 1 bar and an airflow of 2500 m³/h.
Optimum particle separation
The Vortex vacuum excavator operates two filter systems, the main filter and the safety filter. The filters are quick to exchange and provide optimum particle separation. Furthermore, the safety filter reduces emissions and extends the life of the pump. The filter cleaning system means vacuum performance is high and dust emissions are controlled.
