From 23-25 June 2026, RSP UK exhibited at Hillhead 2026, one of the UK’s leading events for the quarrying, construction and recycling industries. Set within the impressive Hillhead Quarry in Buxton, the event provided a unique experience within a working environment where visitors could see machinery being demonstrated and learn more about various types of technology and industry solutions available in our industry.
Hillhead is widely recognised for bringing the industry together in a setting unlike any other trade show. Taking place inside a real quarry, visitors were particularly interested in how our solutions can improve productivity, reduce downtime and enhance safety within demanding quarrying, construction and recycling environments.

A fantastic opportunity to connect with the industry
Over the three-day event, the RSP UK team welcomed visitors to stand A22, including existing customers, suppliers and new contacts looking for an insight into our products. Hillhead 2026 gave us the chance to have valuable conversations and demonstrate how our products and services can support business across the industry.
The atmosphere throughout the show was excellent and the weather was glorious, there was good footfall, valuable enquiries and plenty of opportunity to discuss the challenges and priorities facing businesses.

Showcasing RSP solutions in a real working environment
On stand A22, visitors were able to see the BROCK VS7 and the Amphitec Vortex up close as they were both static displays on the stand, giving visitors a clear view of the build quality and features these machines possess.

Alongside the equipment displayed on our stand, our flagship RSP ESE 6 was also featured in the demonstration area right behind our stand, allowing visitors to see the machine in a live setting and gain a better understanding of its performance. During the live demonstrations, the RSP ESE 6 showcased its impressive suction performance and ability to safely expose underground utilities with minimal risk of damage. As the safest method of excavation, suction excavation significantly reduces the likelihood of utility strikes while improving site safety and efficiency.

Once the materials were extracted from the stillage which included dummy utilities, the material was then tipped back in to the stillage. The ESE 6 was also equipped with the swivel joint, this is a USP that is only available with RSP, which supports excavating in tight areas providing flexibility like no other suction or vacuum excavator on the market – you really need to see it in action!

Exhibiting at Hillhead allowed us to exhibit our products in a setting that reflects the industry conditions some our customers operate in. With the quarry backdrop, live equipment demonstrations and people of the industry, the event was the ideal platform to highlight our commitment to premium quality, performance and reliability.
It was also a valuable opportunity for engagement. Speaking directly with visitors helped us better understand current requirements/challenges across the sector and learn more about their businesses and what they do. A fantastic event to enhance existing relationships but also creating new connections.

Thank you to everyone who visited our stand!
Hillhead 2026 provided the perfect platform to showcase our product portfolio, strengthen relationships and connect with new businesses across the industry. We would like to thank everyone who visited stand A22 and look forward to continuing those conversations in the coming weeks.
